Hey everyone, My partner and I are The median home value here is around $334,300, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
