Cost of living reality check -Tremonton

Hi all, I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Tremonton sits at 154.9 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,104 for rent here. The median home value here is around $334,300, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $72,028 in Tremonton. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
