Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 18,242 people. Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What are your go-to spots? Thanks! It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
