Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $122,500, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Trenton sits at 1,122.7 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
