Alright, I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $47,102, which feels on the lower side for the area. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The public transit is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
