Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Denver and Homes are going for about $209,700 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Trenton sits at 637.8 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts?
