So, Crime rate is something to consider -Trevorton sits at 193.5 per 100K. Poverty rate is 10.8%, which is around average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.
