Hello, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $520,400 on average. Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
