Hello, Been living here since 2011. With a population of 11,265, Triangle is a small town. Rent is about $1,606/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

Used to live on the Greenfield side, now on the Springfield side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
