Rent in Trinity getting crazy

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 50s, and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $187,700, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cultural scene. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community vibe is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
