Relocating to Trotwood, OH -pros and cons?

Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $99,500 on average. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
