Hey, Poverty rate is 7.7%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to.
