Troy Hills quality of life -am I missing something?

Hey folks, The median home value here is around $634,600, which is pretty steep. It's a a small town city with about 5,183 people. Rent is about $3,250/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Nice parks and trails
- Easy commute
- Lots of new development
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited cultural events
- Not enough green space

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
