Healthcare options in Troy?

Random thought, I'm single, late 50s, and Homes are going for about $396,800 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Troy sits at 79.1 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
