Nova Rogers moving Jul 14, 2025

Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Troy sits at 79.1 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great.
