Hey folks, I've been here for 8 years and You can expect to pay around $1,134 for rent here. Rent is about $1,134/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cheers. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The weather is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a accountant who relocated here from San Diego about 2 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and my partner's job.
Pros I've experienced:
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure
- Strong sense of community
Cons that are real:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Can feel isolated
Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are established, gas is surprisingly good.
Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
