Housing market in Troy right now

OK so It's a a smaller city city with about 51,054 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Anyone in a similar situation? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The dating scene is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
