Hi all, The median home value here is around $199,400, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 26,716, Troy is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $934 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
