So, I work in logistics and It's a a small town city with about 16,942 people. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
