Trujillo Alto zona urbana is underrated, change my mind

Rent is about $563/month for a decent place. Median household income is $38,951, which feels on the lower side for the area. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. With a population of 43,752, Trujillo Alto zona urbana is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $563 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Pros:
- Good schools
- Diverse community
- Easy commute
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Sprawl everywhere
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Far from major airports
- Limited cultural events
The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Came here for retirement and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The traffic is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
