What Trujillo Alto zona urbana does better than anywhere else

Alright, The median home value here is around $165,000, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 24.1%, which is higher than I expected. It's a a smaller city city with about 43,752 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Trujillo Alto zona urbana sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 9 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the food scene is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
