Housing market in Trumbull Center right now

Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 10,137 people. The unemployment rate is 5.0%, which is about average. Household incomes average around $124,547 in Trumbull Center. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
