I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 1,667 people. You can expect to pay around $550 for rent here. Homes are going for about $43,900 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
