Starting a business in Tualatin?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Houston and Median household income is $105,073, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,710 people. You can expect to pay around $1,729 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Tualatin sits at 226.7 per 100K. Homes are going for about $595,800 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
