Hey everyone, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $595,800 on average. With a population of 27,710, Tualatin is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
