What to expect moving to Tualatin?

Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,729/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $105,073 in Tualatin. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
