Quick question about Tuckahoe

I'm a 44-year-old electrician and The median home value here is around $625,600, which is pretty steep. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The cost of living is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
