Job hunting in Tuckahoe -tips?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $96,188 in Tuckahoe. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
