Biggest downsides of living in Tucker?

Just moved here 13 months ago and Household incomes average around $81,141 in Tucker. Rent is about $1,458/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $81,141, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Growing food scene
- Diverse community
- Lots of new development
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Far from major airports
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Homelessness issues downtown
Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Seattle it's better than expected.
