Cost of living reality check -Tucker
Random thought, Just moved here 17 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,458 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 37,022 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
