Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 19 years and It's a a small town city with about 12,687 people. Median household income is $66,813, which feels about average for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
