Quick question about Tukwila

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Tukwila sits at 773.0 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is decent in most areas.

Came here for school and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The job market is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much competitive but now it's underrated.
