Tukwila is underrated, change my mind

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 21,479 people. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. Median household income is $80,534, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Growing food scene
- Diverse community

Cons:
- High property taxes
- Boring for young people
- Limited cultural events
Is this normal for Tukwila? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I've lived in Sunset for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The job market scene is decent

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for retirees. Happy to answer more specific questions..
