Hey, We're a young couple and It's a a smaller city city with about 69,984 people. You can expect to pay around $1,354 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cheers. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'm a physical therapist and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is tough and there's always something going on.

I've lived in West for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The job market scene is average
The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Urban sprawl is real
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
