Hey, Poverty rate is 15.8%, which is higher than I expected. The median home value here is around $301,200, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Appreciate any input. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Sunset area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
