Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 8 months ago and With a population of 26,519, Tumwater is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $93,635 in Tumwater. Median household income is $93,635, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Good schools
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Rising rent prices
- Not enough green space

The city has invested a lot in new development.
