What Tunnel Hill does better than anywhere else

Hi all, Homes are going for about $183,700 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
