My partner and I are Median household income is $79,807, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $1,498/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Let me know your thoughts. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.

Came here for work and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The housing market is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
