Internet providers in Turpin Hills?

The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $135,250 in Turpin Hills. The median home value here is around $409,400, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Raleigh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in The Heights. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

No regrets on my end..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Nashville about 2 years ago. The main reasons were family and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are pricey, gas is improving.

Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a teacher, 50, moved here 14 years ago from Seattle. I've lived in West and East, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Lots of new development happening
2. Four distinct seasons
3. Close to major attractions
4. The people are generally challenging - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Summers can be brutally hot
2. Urban sprawl is real
3. The pet-friendliness situation is stable and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- West: Great for young professionals. excellent vibes, walkable.
- East: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Seattle, everything felt excellent. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are reasonable. Gas is wild. You can live comfortably on $70K-$100K here.

**Final verdict:**
Definitely worth checking out.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.
