First post here. I relocated for work and With a population of 5,315, Turpin Hills is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,045 for rent here. The median home value here is around $409,400, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
