Working remotely from Turtle Creek

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 1 years and Poverty rate is 12.2%, which is around average. The median home value here is around $85,900, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $44,449 in Turtle Creek. You can expect to pay around $718 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Does this match your experience? Any help is appreciated. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
