Alright, I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $236,600, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to San Diego it's average.
