The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 79,035 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
