Hey everyone, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 79,035, Tustin is a smaller city. Median household income is $108,435, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $2,340/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $890,600, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts?
