Planning a move to Tustin -neighborhoods?

Hello, Been living here since 2009. Household incomes average around $108,435 in Tustin. It's a a smaller city city with about 79,035 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 4 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Riverside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
