Hey folks, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $890,600 on average. Median household income is $108,435, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Tustin? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
