Tustin in the winter -how bad?

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Tustin sits at 175.5 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 5 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
