What's it really like living in Tustin?

OK so It's a a smaller city city with about 79,035 people. Any advice would be great. TIA!

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a software engineer who relocated here from Seattle about 3 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are established, gas is pretty good.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Raleigh about 12 years ago. The main reasons were weather and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are pricey, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Feel free to reach out with questions..
