Tuttle in the winter -how bad?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 40s, and Household incomes average around $102,417 in Tuttle. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs?

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Maple Ridge area are average. Kids love it here.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Austin it's hit or miss.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Salt Lake City it's tough.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
