First post here. I'm originally from Cleveland and Median household income is $60,760, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $279,400 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Twin Falls? The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.
